Duties and Taxes
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from WOPSHOP, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to WOPSHOP. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
All prices listed on our site are in EUR, and charged in EUR. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. By placing an order at WOPSHOP you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to WOPSHOP . This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
ONLINE SHOP | RETURNS
You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size within 15 days of receiving your original order. All you have to do is to keep in touch with us by e-email to email@example.com . Before you return your item please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached.

The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. If the item is incorrect or faulty and you need to return it we will refund your postage costs on receipt of the item. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you select a tracked service and please retain shipping proof incase there are any issues with the post. Lost parcels can only be refunded with proof of postage.The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Please ensure you include the packing slip in the package. Within this information we cannot process your return. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 7 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items. After you have received your email please allow up to 10 working days for the money to appear in your account. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different size of the same item. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.We aim to process all exchanges as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 7 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.If the item you want to exchange is not available you will be automatically issued a refund instead. We will have to charge additional p&p on all exchanges to be sent back out. You will notified by email on the best way to pay this.
